Extended School Care - Treetops
Tree Tops Breakfast and After School Club
Our Breakfast and After School Clubs run during term time from 7.30am to 8.45 am (breakfast) and 3.20pm to 6.15pm (after school) in the Acorn Hall.
Activities are varied and change daily. They encourage social interaction with fun games and assorted organised sports, manual dexterity and imagination with use of construction toys, arts and crafts, books and comics, board games, modelling, and music and supervised free play as well as organised activities.
Under the present COVID guidelines, Treetops is operating in four group bubbles, as follows:
EYFS
Years 1 and 2
Years 3 and 4
Years 5 and 6
All equipment and activities (including meal times) are set within the bubble play area. Equipment and surfaces are cleaned regularly and hand washing is encouraged frequently during the sessions.
Registration
Please ensure that you return your Registration Form, signed agreement to the Terms and Conditions, and the 'All About Me' Information Sheet to the Treetops email address (link is below). Once you have completed these and your child has been registered with Treetops, we will send you an access code to set up your booking and payment account. Please let us know if you will be paying through childcare vouchers so that your account can be set up to accommodate this.
All bookings and payments are done through SCO Pay (Schools Cash Office) and you can log onto your account to book and pay for the sessions you require. Please note, however, that, if the session you require is within the next 7 days, SCO Pay will not allow you to book it yourself and you will need to contact the school office or leave a message for Treetops either by email or phone. The cost of the Breakfast Club is £6.50 per day and the After School Club is £16.50 per day. These are fixed costs, regardless of when you drop off or collect your child.
Ad Hoc Bookings
It may be that you don't require regular before or after school care, but want the flexibility to use the club on an ad hoc basis. If this is the case, you will still need to complete and return all of the documents mentioned above.
To make an ad hoc booking you will need to contact the school by 2.30pm to check availability at the club for that evening's/following morning's session. Places cannot be guaranteed on this basis and will depend on the number of children already booked to attend.
