The school day begins at 8.55am. It is considered an essential part of school discipline that children arrive punctually in order that the lessons may commence. Doors to the classrooms are opened at 8.45 am and close promptly at 8.55am.  Children who are late must report to the school office.  If a child is consistently late he/she will be referred to the Education Welfare Officer.  The school has a legal responsibility for the welfare of the children for only 10 minutes before and after the official school hours.  For children who need to arrive at school earlier there is a breakfast club available, which is run independently of the school.

Years 1 & 2:              3.25pm

Years 3, 4, 5 & 6:      3.30pm
